If your on income support and go back to work for under 16 hours paid work
what happens to your income support are you still allowed to claim ?

Also can you claim working tax credit or not really sure how it works just
trying to figure out some things ?

Also if you do go back to work are you still entitled to housing benefit and
council tax benefit or does all of that stop ?

Thanks I know a lot of questions but would be grateful of any help :)

Yes, although your claim will be reduced by your earnings (minus the
disregard). So may be reduced to nothing.

No, you have to work at least 16 hours to claim WTC.

Yes. Though again they could be reduced, but if you're still getting
some IS, you won't get any reduction in HB & CTB.
